  • Being an Examiner of the International Commission on Disaster Medicine (EICDM) allows you to participate in marking application forms an evaluate applicants
  • Being a Designer of the International   Commission on Disaster Medicine (DICDM) allows you to participate in creating high-quality examination content for applicants

CGUSC



The Certificate in Emergency and Crisis Management (CGUSC), jointly awarded by Senghor University and the International Commission of Disaster Medicine (CIMC-ICDM), is designed to train French-speaking African professionals in the strategic management of crises and disasters. Grounded in the principles of cindynics, the program distinguishes between tactical responses (damage control) and strategic leadership (systemic consequence management). It targets professionals in civil protection, public health, governance, and development, aiming to strengthen their analytical, decision-making, and coordination skills in complex and unstable environments.
